On 10th July 2025, the students of Class XII from The Modern School, ECNCR, had the privilege of attending an insightful outreach session at Hindu College, Delhi University, organized by the Department of Economics.

The session was divided into two engaging parts. Ms. S. Rubina Naqvi introduced students to the basics of game theory, explaining key concepts such as the Nash Equilibrium through interactive group activities. Students actively participated in various simulations, gaining a deeper understanding of strategic decision-making in both economic and real-life contexts.

The second part, led by Ms. Archana Aggarwal, traced the evolution of economic systems—from prehistoric barter to modern capitalism. The discussion highlighted how contemporary economic thought has been shaped by economists like John Maynard Keynes, who challenged classical theories and redefined the way we understand market economies today.

The session was both thought-provoking and informative, offering students a rare opportunity to connect theoretical knowledge with real-world application. We are grateful to Hindu College for this initiative and look forward to more such enriching academic experiences.
